The Problem

Your analysts are building assessments. They should be reviewing them.

The intelligence tools your organization relies on were designed in an era when the bottleneck was data access. The bottleneck today is analyst bandwidth. Ishtar was designed from the ground up for a different model.

Analyst-first platforms require constant operation

Enterprise intelligence platforms are designed for analysts to explore data. That means every product requires an analyst to build it — manually, from scratch, every time. The platform never produces anything on its own.

We bought the platform to save analyst time. Instead we hired three more analysts to operate it.

Source quality is invisible until it isn't

Most platforms ingest data without evaluating the source. Analysts inherit whatever confidence the raw feed implies. When a bad source drives a bad assessment, the failure is only visible in retrospect.

We traced the flawed assessment back to a single unvetted Telegram channel that had been ingested as a primary source.

Warning intelligence is reactive, not systematic

Tripwires exist in spreadsheets and analyst memory. When an indicator fires at 3 AM and no one is watching, the warning arrives after the event. Systematic monitoring requires systematic infrastructure.

The indicator fired on a Saturday. We found out Monday morning from a news alert.

Total cost of ownership is never what procurement expects

The license is the beginning. Integration, training, custom development, and ongoing analyst staffing multiply the real cost by 3–5x. Time to first value is measured in months, not days.

Eighteen months after contract award, we were still in the integration phase.

Ishtar AI does not present data for analysts to explore. It produces finished intelligence. The distinction is not cosmetic — it determines deployment speed, training burden, and time-to-value.

The Platform

From raw collection to finished intelligence

Ishtar produces IC-standard intelligence products autonomously — SITREPs, WARNINTs, and threat assessments — formatted to ICD 203 and NATO STANAG standards. No analyst assembly required.

Founded by a veteran intelligence professional

Ishtar AI was built by a former Force Recon Marine and energy derivatives trader who has operated at the intersection of defense, finance, and intelligence. From reconnaissance operations to trading crude and natural gas derivatives on Wall Street, our founder brings the kind of analytical discipline that only comes from environments where getting it wrong isn't an option — whether that's a denied area or a trading floor.

Our team combines deep subject matter expertise with cutting-edge AI capabilities — delivering the kind of intelligence products that used to require a full-scale agency, now available to organizations of any size.
